  2. I had a neck injury a couple months back. When I do the chin to chest stretch towards the end I can barely move forward and I REALLY feel it in my upper and mid back. Are these muscles terribly tight on me? Thank you and god bless

  3. Thanks for the great stretching routine. Previously I have been instructed to hold stretches for 30 seconds. Is 15 seconds sufficient to get the desired result?
