  1. You saved my life and the lives of hundreds of people around me. 100% sure I'm not alone when saying this; I'm speaking for THOUSANDS of people blessed from your state-of-the-art contribution to mankind. Just do the math and realize that you're a true hero who's name will be forever remembered in humanity history. We will make sure of this, Kozak. "Thanks" is just a stupid-not-enough word to say. Immortality is yours.

  2. I had a neck injury a couple months back. When I do the chin to chest stretch towards the end I can barely move forward and I REALLY feel it in my upper and mid back. Are these muscles terribly tight on me? Thank you and god bless

  3. Thanks for the great stretching routine. Previously I have been instructed to hold stretches for 30 seconds. Is 15 seconds sufficient to get the desired result?

  4. Hi coach I'm from the UK I really like your workout routine. I've watched a lot of other stretching routines but yours feels just right for me, I'm really in flexible and I have been my whole life and I am challenging myself to change this. So I will be following your routine I've liked, subscribed and thanks.
